Penta Tester

ATC's Pressure Burst Tester, the Penta Tester, is used to perform destructive burst test for automotive components (such as heat exchangers), hoses and medical components by applying hydraulic pressure at a controlled rate.

This is ATC's Penta Tester, including two independent pressure channels for low and high burst pressure ranges, with volume change measurement of the unit under test. System performs gross (pressure decay) or fine leak (ATC's IGLS) testing.

High speed PC based data acquisition for capturing pressure and flow readings at time of burst, with automatic pressure control. For operator safety, testing is done in a fully enclosed and sealed test chamber.
