A2LA Lab

ATC, Inc. is an A2LA Accredited and ISO/IEC 17025:2005 Certified company with Primary and Secondary standards providing calibration at ATC. We also offer onsite calibration for ATC's leak test instruments.

Our services include:

  • Gas flow, pressure, temperature and microscopic gauging applications.

  • Unique calibration facility for hazardous explosive gases (hydrogen, natural gas) rated for Class 1, Div. 1.

  • ATC's primary gas flow standard lab offers numerous primary standards for micro-flow and flow measurements with 0.2% of reading and higher.

  • Nondestructive Testing (NDT) for Leak/Closure Integrity testing, using ATC, Inc. micro-flow technology in compliance with ASTM, SAE and USP specifications.

  • NDT testing using Helium mass spectrometers in hard vacuum, accumulation and sniffing modes in compliance with ASTM, SAE, and USP specifications.

  • Nondestructive Testing with Gas Flow measurements, including natural gas, hydrogen and other hazardous gas flow measurements.

Tests to help your developers verify their leak tightness requirements:

  • Tests to provide you with the answer to: “What is the smallest pin-hole my products can tolerate?”

  • Correlation studies to develop your leak tightness specifications using your functional requirements and ATC's facilities and equipment (liquid, refrigeration and vapor leak flow rates vs. geometry and gas flow). Consult ATC, Inc. for specific details.

ATC, Inc. offers all of the following:

  • Ongoing audit leak/closure integrity testing to back up our customers and assist in production and customer returns troubleshooting.

  • Feasibility study tests to develop your leak tightness application, and with minimal investment, to develop and prove out your optimal test method.

  • Periodic (typically on an annual basis) calibration and support services of our products at your plant floor, throughout numerous service centers.
